At Cellumove New Drops, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fresh fashion finds. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
